Putting A Home In Your Trust

Bruno’s parents put a house into his Special Needs Trust at Springhill Pooled Accounts Trust which allows him to live somewhat independently. Springhill Pooled Accounts Trust is one of the few Special Needs Trust Administrators in the nation that accepts homes.

Bruno wanted more independence instead of living in his parent’s basement. Plus, he added two roommates with special needs that help pay for home-related expenses.

In addition, both of his roommates qualify for eight hours of caregiving. Adding their sixteen hours to his eight hours of qualifying caregiving, now gives these three people the ability to coordinate their caregiving support and hours to have around the clock care.
